Are addictions universal? The longing for satisfaction from someone or something else is an ancient theme which repeats itself over and over in many forms from substance abuse to hero-worship to texting. What are we really seeking? How can we heal? Is recovery really the process of freeing our hearts from the illusions that bind us, revealing the True Self? You do not need to be currently working in the addictions field to attend this course – but it is a must for anyone who really wants to change and grow themselves and lead others to do the same. This Workshop will offer you a pathway to transformation whether or not you are, or have been, technically ‘addicted’ to a substance or anything else. Addictions are limitations, or blocks in the way of our true self expression – we are all limiting ourselves in some way, often subtly through attachment to certain ways of thinking and feeling. However you will need to have at least a basic understanding of EFT to get the most out of this. "I just wanted to say once again how much I gained from the workshop. I think for me I felt that I probably learned as much unconsciously as consciously if that makes sense. I had goose bumps for most of the day yesterday, even on a packed commuter train!!" - Chris
Note: While EFT seems to have supported remarkable changes in many emotional and physical issues to date, it should not be used instead of appropriate medical care. You should always consult your doctor before using any form of self-treatment.
