Hatha Yoga meets EFT
A workshop combining Hatha Yoga and EFT Tapping. A mind/body approach harmonising personal energies for optimum wellbeing.
The word ‘Yoga’ means to unite. The practise of yoga is therefore intended to balance and harmonise all the energy systems within the individual, at a physical, mental and emotional level. In particular, Hatha Yoga uses the dynamism of the postures and breathing practices to awaken the psychic pathways or chakras which exist in each of us to achieve this Union.
Using her extensive knowledge of this ancient system for well being, Diana Danziger will lead workshop participants on a yogic journey of self discovery starting with asana (posture) work to stretch, limber and tone the body. This will develop both physical and emotional core strength whilst promoting flexibility.
Students will then discover the stability and centring which comes from utilising their own breath and they will also experience the deep peace & rejuvenation of a guided relaxation. Whether young or old, stiff or supple, yogic masters or beginners, there will be something of benefit for everyone.
Sue and Emma, from The EFT Centre, will integrate the tapping into your individual yoga practice to enhance flexibility and facilitate the release of emotional baggage from your cellular memory.
This promises to be an exciting and dynamic course, encompassing healing at a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
