The Trauma and Sexual Abuse Workshop is a one day intensive training suitable for EFT practitioners who want to specialise in this area or health professionals already specialising in these areas who want to take EFT into their work. We have expert knowledge and experience in this area which we present in a powerful and easy to absorb way in these workshops.
We all experience trauma to some degree in our lives whether that is a big T Trauma or a little t trauma. The impact of either can be equally devastating. Very often it is the little t traumas, the things that happened as a child but that the adult now dismisses as 'nothing', that can accumulate and contribute to the way we live our lives today, to the beliefs we hold about ourselves and the world around us. In this workshop we explore ways of working through trauma of all types gently and safely, for us this is one of the most exciting things EFT has to offer.
Sadly, sexual abuse is far more commonplace than we like to think. It may be experienced in a wide variety of ways from the physical to the psychological, and can result in a myriad of different emotional and physical responses which may continue to trouble the victim long after the actual abuse has ended. In this workshop we look at gentle supportive ways of helping people work through their experiences and rebuild a sense of Self and empowerment.
The workshop introduces breakthrough methods for using EFT with trauma and sexual abuse, from finding and releasing pain, anger, guilt etc, to rebuilding a healthy personality and discovering the self.
