Breast Cancer Haven
Breast Cancer Haven supports the physical and emotional needs of anyone affected by breast cancer. Havens are welcoming Day Centres, which offer free support, information and complementary therapies
to help you before, during and after medical treatment.
The EFT Centre run monthly 3 hour group sessions at The Haven
(the last Wednesday of each month) introducing visitors to EFT and
assisting them use it as a self help tool in this highly specialised area.
EFT can provide emotional relief with the many different stresses and anxieties that can accompany cancer diagnosis, as well as helping with managing pain and any side effects of medical treatment.
